Brewery

After years of hard work we've finally started our own brewery. Following the Schnebly tradition, we now craft our own beers with a tropical flair. Come and taste our beers infused with Carambola, Mango, Guava and Passion Fruit.

Big Rod Ale
Appearance - Deep gold with a fluffy 3/4" head
Aroma: Warm coconut with hints of vanilla. Light caramel notes with a clean yeast character.
Taste: Coconut and caramel notes. It finishes dry and with subtle sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body
Overall: A delicious golden ale with a balance of coconut and caramel.

Passion Fruit IPA
Appearance: Pale gold with a creamy head.
Aroma: Big citrus nose, floral. Hops throughout the nose.
Taste: Citrus hop flavor with a nice tart semi-sour passion fruit finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied with medium carbonation this beer finishes dry and tart.
Overall: Easy drinking IPA, very smooth and refined hop character throughout.

Shark Attack

Fine crafted wheat beer with a mango finish 
Appearance: Pale gold, crystal clear with a wispy head.
Aroma: Light grain and lemon citrus on the nose.
Taste: Very smooth blonde ale that has a slight mango tart finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied.
Overall: A great all around session beer, perfect for the beach

Gator Tail Ale
Appearance: Deep brown with a velvet, creamy head.
Aroma: Roasted notes of coffee and chocolate.
Taste: Malty with coffee and chocolate notes. Finished with semi-sweet guava hints
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied
Overall: The complexity of this beer is fantastic. Rich but not too heavy on the palate, semi-sweet dark fruit finish.

*Our craft beers are NOT gluten free. Meaning, they are made from barley and wheat the 2 types of grains that contain gluten. Gluten free beers are made from sorghum and frankly we have yet to taste a gluten free beer that we have all enjoyed.
