Guinness World Record™ breaking Guacamole! On Sunday October 11th, we teamed up four local celebrity chefs and four groups of local high schoolers to make history! With 4,114 lbs of guacamole, we broke the Guinness World Record™ for "Largest Serving of Guacamole"! We didn't just break a record, though. We also raised money for Miami-Dade schools. Through selling guacamole, avocado treats, parking and donations, we raised over $4,000 that will go directly to the schools' culinary and/or agriculture programs to help the next generation continue the tradition of great tasting foods here in South FL. This video is just a short clip showing when we actually broke the record. We're working on a longer video that will show you how the whole day went. Thanks to all the volunteers!!
